Because the NCR crosses state lines, a township here is regulated by the RERA authority of the state it sits in: Haryana for Gurugram and Sonipat, Uttar Pradesh for Noida and Greater Noida, and Delhi RERA for projects within Delhi.
Much of the region’s township supply follows its expressways: the Dwarka Expressway and Southern Peripheral Road in Gurugram, the Noida and Yamuna Expressways in Uttar Pradesh, and the Kundli–Manesar–Palwal (KMP) Expressway that rings the region.
