We rely first on official sources — RERA portals, development authorities and government notifications — then on developer material and reputable public reports.
How we label content
Official data: figures taken from government or authority records, with the source named.
Reported information: information from news reports or developer announcements, attributed to the source.
Editorial analysis / explainer / guide: our own explanation or opinion.
Dates
Project pages show when they were last updated. News articles show their publication date and, where relevant, the date they were updated.
The word “verified”
We only use “verified” when we say what was verified and when.
Advertising
Paid listings or promotions are labelled and do not affect editorial content. See our advertising policy.
