Project Submission Guidelines

Who can submit

Developers, promoters and their authorised representatives can submit township projects for listing.

What to provide

• Project name, location and developer or promoter name.
• Project type (plotted, residential, integrated, commercial and so on) and total land area.
• RERA registration number and state authority, if registered.
• Layout or building plan approval details.
• Plot or unit sizes, and pricing if you want it published.
• Project status and expected completion dates.
• Official images and brochure.
• A contact person for verification.

Review

We review submissions before publishing. We may ask for supporting documents and may decline listings that do not meet these guidelines.

Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Please tell us promptly about any changes.
